Supplements worth your money

We have to face it. You go to a health store or browse through a supplement distributing online site, you are sure to be bogged down by the weight of choices they offer. They have everything from Mass Gainers, Proteins ( which further consists of blend, concentrated, soy, casein, isolate, hydrolysed and the list goes on and on ), Multivitamins, BCAAs, Pre-workouts, Post-workouts, Creatine, Glutmine-L… bawa list never ending si hai aur apne fefdo mei itni jaan nhi. But to sum it up, I would say they offer more than we can actually chew. So here comes “Beyond_Biceps” for you. When we say puff..puff..Pass we mean everyone has a right to health and we must keep sharing our knowledge. So lets get into some shitty science.

According to various research journals 90% of supplements are not required by the body and they only play Placebo effect with our bodies. We think our muscles are growing and we become stronger, thus, it is more about the mind-muscle connection rather than those pocket eating supplements. If I were you, I would rather not buy so many supplements, and try to save some money for travelling. So the question becomes, which supplement are actually worth it?

For answering this question we have to get our hands dirty again, but the work has been done and I will try to present it here in the most simplest way possible. So basically when we talk about Supplements these are of three types- White, Grey and Black. White ones are absolutely necessary and should be taken, grey ones although might have a little impact but trust me you should be fine without them and then comes the Black ones, they are the absolute m.f.zz, they are not required nor should be allowed to enter the body. I tried thinking of it and came up with this interesting observation, it goes like, anything that has got Silicon atom is to be avoided, and anything that has Carbon and Hydrogen or basically hydrocarbon compounds are fine. Our body is made up of hydrocarbon compounds, so that should be fine. Silicon, on the other hand, is synthetic in nature and creates a completely different environment in the body, for instance, steroids.

Thus to sum things up, neat and clean, I would say go with White supplements which are just two Protein and Creatine. Grey ones like pre-workouts, gainers etc. can be avoided as they create body dependency. Aur baaki jo marji hunda ho jaaye veere Kaala Supplement ni chakna..

NO STRUGGLE ONLY PEACE !!!!!
